This year, we are honoured to take a closer look at the careers of Hon. Paul Heath KC and Mike Whale, the authors of leading insolvency law text “Heath and Whale on Insolvency”. Emma Laing and Jennifer Tunna will moderate the session, and will aim, in a light-hearted and thought-provoking way, to get to know Mike and Paul better as people, to understand the genesis of their text-book, and to hear about their career highlights, mentors and inspirations, predictions for the future and tips for success.
