Tiaan Nelson is a barrister at Bankside Chambers. He practises in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in disputes involving company law, contracts, corporate insolvency, finance and insurance. He holds LLB(Hons) and BCom degrees from the University of Auckland and an LLM degree from Harvard Law School. Tiaan is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Auckland, where he lectures in advanced private law and litigation skills.
