"When insolvency and relationship property collide.” As an SME economy, it is common for business loans to be charged against personal assets, such as the family home. When a relationship breakdown occurs at the same time as a business collapse, it is important to consider both company and relationship property law. This session will identify a number of practical scenarios and examine how to apply the respective regimes to ensure the best outcome for all stakeholders.
